I designed this cookie to be about joy and peace. At the Speed of Cookie means slow down and enjoy the little things in life. Many years ago, I experimented for 3 years to develop the initial recipe and many years after to refine the cookie to where it is now. A crunchy experience, that is moist with a pleasant depth, texture and a glorious taste profile. I have been providing cookies to friends, family and to anyone interested in an amazing cookie experience.
